P24C32H-UNH-MER is an I2C-compatible serial EEPROM launched by Puyang Semiconductor, featuring a storage capacity of 32Kb (4Kbytes) organized in pages of 32 bytes each. This chip supports a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and operates at high-speed modes of 400kHz/1MHz, as well as 3.4MHz. The EEPROM boasts a write endurance of up to 4 million cycles, data retention of 200 years, and has an HBM ESD robustness of 6kV. P24C32H-UNH-MER is packaged in a UDFN8(230.5) package and is suitable for various applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, medical equipment, and smart meters.
