P24C32C-STH-MER
P24C32C-STH-MER is a 32Kbit (4KB) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM launched by Puyang Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage support range from 1.7V to 5.5V and high-speed clock frequencies of 400kHz/1MHz. This EEPROM utilizes low-power CMOS technology, with read current of 0.2mA and write current of 0.8mA, equipped with Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to reduce noise interference. It is suitable for a variety of applications including industrial control, automotive electronics, and communication equipment.
