P24C32C-DPH-MER
P24C32C-DPH-MER EEPROM supports a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and provides a clock frequency of 400kHz/1MHz within the 1.7V to 5.5V range. It utilizes low-power CMOS technology, with a maximum read current of 400μA and a maximum write current of 1.6mA. The device also features Schmitt trigger and filtered input functions to suppress noise. Additionally, the P24C32C-DPH-MER supports sequential and random read capabilities, a 32-byte page write mode, and allows partial page writing.
PUYA's EEPROM innovations in power consumption optimization include adopting its unique SONOS process, optimizing memory cell structure and operating voltage, launching the ultra-low voltage 1.2V series, adding partitioned protection and address programming functions, achieving low power design, and focusing on process R&D and design innovation, as well as low power consumption in deep sleep mode.
