P24C32H-SSH-MER
P24C32H-SSH-MER is a 32Kbit (4KB) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM introduced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V and supporting high-speed modes of 400kHz/1MHz within this voltage range. It supports sequential and random read functions, as well as a 32-byte page write mode, ensuring over 1 million erase/write cycles and a data retention period of up to 100 years, making it an ideal choice for applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, and communication devices.
