P24C32C-TOH-MER is a 32-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM chip produced by Puyang Semiconductor, featuring a storage array of 4096×8 bits, suitable for various applications requiring non-volatile storage. This chip supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and offers temperature specifications of -40°C to 85°C, -40°C to 105°C, and -40°C to 125°C. It operates with low power consumption, with a maximum read current of 400μA and a maximum write current of 1.6mA, and is equipped with Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise.
