P25C32H-SUH-MKR
P25C32H-SUH-MKR, introduced by Puya Semiconductor, is a 32Kbit SPI EEPROM with a wide voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of 15MHz, compatible with the standard SPI interface, supporting Mode 0 and Mode 3. This device features 32Kbits of storage, with each page consisting of 32 bytes, and supports fast byte/page writing. It can endure up to 4 million write cycles and maintains data for up to 200 years. With a working temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it is suitable for a variety of applications, particularly in industrial and automotive electronics where high stability and reliability are required.
PUYA's EEPROM is known for its compact size, high reliability, and low power consumption.
