P24C32C-MSH-MER
P24C32C-MSH-MER is an I2C interface EEPROM launched by Puya Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 32Kbit (4KB) and organized in pages of 8 bytes each. The device supports a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and can achieve a maximum clock frequency of up to 15MHz at 4.5V to 5.5V and 5MHz at 1.7V to 5.5V. It is compatible with the standard 4-wire I2C interface and supports fast byte or page write operations, with a write time of less than 5 milliseconds. This EEPROM is packaged in a SO-8 package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it highly suitable for applications requiring high reliability and wide temperature operation, such as industrial control, automotive electronics, and embedded systems.
