P24C32H-DPH-MER
P24C32H-DPH-MER EEPROM incorporates Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to suppress noise, providing transparent ECC (Error Correction Code) functionality that corrects 1-bit errors in each group of four bytes. Additionally, it offers write protection for the entire memory array and additional lockable write pages, along with an extra 128-bit serial number. This EEPROM supports both sequential and random read features, as well as a 32-byte page write mode, making it suitable for a variety of applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, and medical devices, ensuring stable and reliable data storage.
