P24C32H-STH-MER

P24C32H-STH-MER is a 32Kb (4Kbytes) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM produced by Puyang Semiconductor. It features a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and clock frequencies of up to 400kHz/1MHz (and even 3.4MHz). This EEPROM utilizes low-power CMOS technology and is equipped with Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to reduce noise interference. It includes transparent ECC that can correct single-bit errors, full-array write protection, and additional write-lock pages. The chip also contains a 128-bit unique serial number, supports both sequential and random read functions, and features a 32-byte page write mode.
