P24C32H-TSH-MER
P24C32H-TSH-MER, a chip that employs low-power CMOS technology, has a typical current of 0.3mA during read operations (at 5.5V and 400kHz), and is equipped with Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to reduce noise interference. The P24C32H-TSH-MER features transparent ECC functionality, capable of correcting 1-bit error in every group of four bytes, while also providing write protection for the entire memory array, an additional writable lock page, and a 128-bit unique serial number. It is suitable for various applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, medical equipment, and smart meters.
