P24C32H-MSH-MER is an I2C interface EEPROM offered by Puya Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 32Kbit (4KB) and organized in pages of 8 bytes each. This device supports a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and can operate at a maximum clock frequency of up to 15MHz at 4.5V to 5.5V and 5MHz at 1.7V to 5.5V, which supports rapid data transfer. It is compatible with the standard 4-wire I2C interface and supports fast byte or page write operations, with a write time of less than 5 milliseconds. This EEPROM is packaged in MSOP8 and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it highly suitable for applications requiring high reliability and wide temperature operation, such as industrial control, automotive electronics, and medical devices. It boasts an impressive endurance of up to 1,000,000 write cycles and a data retention time exceeding 200 years, typically supporting page write functions to enhance writing efficiency.
PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
