P25C32H-DXH-MKR
P25C32H-DXH-MKR is a SPI interface EEPROM produced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring several advantages that make it an ideal choice for the industrial control sector. It supports a wide voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an industrial-grade temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, ensuring stable operation under varying power conditions and extreme temperatures. Moreover, its long-term data retention capability ensures that data is not lost in the event of power failure, making it highly suitable for storing critical control parameters and calibration data.
PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
