P24C32H-TOH-MER
P24C32H-TOH-MER is equipped with Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise, and it has built-in transparent ECC to correct single-bit errors. It also offers write protection for the entire memory array, an additional writable lock page, and a 128-bit unique serial number. Moreover, the chip supports sequential and random read features, a 32-byte page write mode, and allows partial page writes. It is suitable for various applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, medical equipment, and smart meters.
