P24C32C-UNH-MER
P24C32C-UNH-MER is an I2C-compatible serial EEPROM designed and manufactured by Puyang Semiconductor, featuring a storage capacity of 32Kbits (4Kbytes) organized in pages of 32 bytes each. This chip supports a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and operates at clock frequencies of 400kHz/1MHz, utilizing low-power CMOS technology with typical currents of 0.2mA for read and 0.8mA for write operations. It includes Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to reduce noise interference and supports sequential and random read operations as well as a 32-byte page write mode. The chip is packaged in a UDFN8(0.55) package, measuring 4.90 x 3.90mm with a height of 1.75mm, and is suitable for various applications in industrial control, automotive electronics, medical equipment, and smart meters.
PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
