CSS12804SS-O is a 128 Mbit QSPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq, organized as 16 M × 8 bits. It operates from a single 1.8 V supply in a 150 mil SOP-8 package and is qualified for the industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The device supports a 133 MHz four-wire SPI clock and delivers burst-read bandwidth up to 84 MB/s. With on-chip self-refresh logic, no external DRAM controller is required; standby current is about 250 µA, Half-sleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power remains ≤7 mA. Having passed both EMI and vibration tests, it is a drop-in replacement for imported parts such as ISSI or AP Memory pSRAM. It is ideal for low-power, high-reliability buffering in automotive infotainment, industrial gateways, AIoT terminals, and wearable devices.
