CSS6404LS-LI is CascadeTeq’s 64 Mbit (8 M×8) industrial-grade QSPI pSRAM powered by a single 3.3 V supply (2.7–3.6 V tolerant) in an SOP-8L 150 mil package and rated from –40 °C to +85 °C. It supports 133 MHz 32-byte wrap-burst or 84 MHz linear cross-page modes, delivering up to 84 MB/s continuous bandwidth. An integrated self-refresh engine eliminates external DRAM controllers; standby current is only 250 µA at 85 °C, half-sleep mode drops to 100 µA at 25 °C, and active power stays ≤7 mA. Just four I/O lines (CLK, CE#, SIO[3:0]) provide high-speed communication, while 50 Ω LVCMOS outputs can directly drive MCU pins, simplifying hardware design. With a domestic supply chain, tape-and-reel packaging, eight-week lead time and AEC-Q100-equivalent reliability, CSS6404LS-LI is the ideal drop-in replacement for ISSI or AP Memory pSRAMs, already shipping in volume for smart-watches, AR/VR, industrial data loggers and in-vehicle infotainment caches demanding low power and high reliability.
