CSS3204LS-LI-A2 is CascadeTeq’s 32-Mbit QSPI pSRAM (4 Mbit × 8) in a 3.3 V SOP-8 package.Its QSPI interface enables rapid, efficient data transfers, while the SOP-8 footprint offers easy soldering and proven stability, allowing straightforward integration onto standard PCBs. The 3.3 V supply rail aligns with common system voltages. Targeted at applications needing moderate memory capacity and prioritizing package reliability and interface practicality—such as compact sensor nodes in industrial control or control modules in smart-home devices—it reliably buffers and quickly retrieves data.
