CSS1604SS-MJ is Kaixin’s 16-Mbit QSPI pSRAM (organized as 8 M × 8) in an SOP-8 package and operating at 1.8 V. Its QSPI interface enables high-speed data transfers, the SOP-8 footprint offers both ease of use and robustness, and the 1.8-V supply minimizes power consumption. These features make it ideal for applications that need modest storage, tight packaging reliability, and low power—such as ultra-low-power industrial sensors or compact smart-home control modules—while reliably supporting basic data buffering and fast access.
