CSS6404SS-LJ

CSS6404SS-LJ is a 64 Mbit (8 M × 8) automotive-grade QSPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq. Housed in a standard 150 mil SOP-8 package and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, it operates from a single 1.8 V supply across –40 °C to +125 °C. The device supports 133 MHz Quad-SPI clocks and delivers burst-read bandwidth of 84 MB/s. An integrated self-refresh engine eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller. Standby current is ≈250 µA, Halfsleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power stays ≤7 mA, significantly extending battery life. EMI-hardened design and ±50 mil length-matched four-wire layout ensure data integrity under high temperature and vibration. Already in volume production, CSS6404SS-LJ serves as a low-power, high-reliability cache for automotive infotainment, smart cockpits, industrial gateways, and wearable devices.
