CSS12804SU-O1 is a 128 Mbit (16 M × 8) QSPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq. It runs on a single 1.8 V supply and comes in a 2 mm × 3 mm USON-8 package. Operating at 133 MHz via a four-wire SPI bus, it delivers a sustained read bandwidth of 84 MB/s. On-chip self-refresh logic removes the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is about 250 µA, Halfsleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power stays ≤7 mA. The device is compatible with direct MCU drive and is ideal for high-density, low-power buffering in wearables, AIoT gateways, and automotive infotainment. It can directly replace imported pSRAM from ISSI, AP Memory, and others.
