CSS1604SQ is a QSPI pSRAM from KaiXin, offering 16 Mbit of storage (organized as 8 Mbit × 8) in a QFN-16 package and operating at 1.8 V. Its QSPI interface enables high-efficiency data transfers, balancing ease of use with read/write performance. The compact QFN-16 package not only minimizes footprint but also provides excellent thermal and electrical characteristics, making it ideal for space-constrained board designs. The 1.8 V low-voltage architecture further reduces power consumption. Tailored for applications with modest memory needs that prioritize small form-factor and low power—such as compact IoT end-nodes and miniature smart-device control modules—the device reliably supports basic data buffering and rapid access.
