CSS6404SS-LI

CSS6404SS-LI is CascadeTeq’s 64 Mbit (8 M × 8) industrial-grade QSPI pSRAM. It runs from a single 1.8 V supply and is housed in a 150 mil SOP-8 package rated for –40 °C to +85 °C operation. The device supports 133 MHz 32-byte wrap-around burst (Wrap32) and 84 MHz linear cross-page burst, sustaining 84 MB/s bandwidth. On-chip self-refresh removes the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is ~250 µA, Halfsleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power stays ≤7 mA. A simple 4-wire SPI interface handles all high-speed traffic, while 50 Ω LVCMOS outputs can drive MCU I/Os directly, simplifying hardware design. Backed by a domestic supply chain, tape-and-reel packaging, and an eight-week lead time, CSS6404SS-LI is a drop-in replacement for imported pSRAM from ISSI or AP Memory. It is already in volume production for low-power, small-form-factor, high-reliability buffers in automotive infotainment, AIoT gateways, smart wearables, and IoT terminals.
