CSS6404LU-L is Cascadeteq’s 64 M-bit QSPI pSRAM organized as 8 M × 8 bit. It runs from a single 3.3 V supply and comes in a tiny USON-8 (2 mm × 3 mm) package. Operating at 133 MHz SDR burst mode, it delivers up to 84 MB/s continuous read bandwidth. On-chip self-refresh logic eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller, while standby current is only ~1 µA, merging SRAM-like instant response with DRAM-level density. Industrial-qualified from –40 °C to +85 °C and featuring EMI-hardened design to suppress high-frequency noise, the device is ideal for low-power, space-constrained, high-reliability buffering in wearables, IoT gateways, industrial data loggers, and in-vehicle infotainment systems.
