CSS3204LS-L-A2 is CascadeTeq’s 32-Mbit QSPI pSRAM (4 Mbit × 8) in a 3.3 V SOP-8 package. The QSPI interface delivers fast, efficient data transfers, while the SOP-8 outline offers easy handling and proven reliability. Designed for applications that need moderate storage capacity, robust packaging, and strict power control such as compact sensor nodes in industrial systems or control modules in smart-home products it provides stable data buffering and rapid access.
In the operation of smart security cameras, CascadeTeq’s pSRAM such as the CSS1604LQ is the key to smooth video and accurate data logging. Its high-speed read/write capability lets the camera store uncompressed video streams in real time. In real-world deployments, like urban street surveillance, it absorbs the continuous data generated by heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, writing at high frequency to prevent frame loss and deliver clear, uninterrupted footage.
