CSS3204SS-L-A2 is a 32 Mbit (4 M × 8) QSPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq, operating at 1.8 V in a standard SOP-8 package. It supports 133 MHz SDR transfers, integrates self-refresh to eliminate external DRAM controllers, and draws only ~1 µA in standby. Combining high density with low power, it is ideal for code and data caching in compact automotive, AIoT, and wearable systems.
Founded in 2009 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, CascadeTeq is the global leader in low-pin-count standard pSRAM (LPC pSRAM). Leveraging a strategic 25 nm DRAM alliance with PSMC, the company delivers a 16–256 Mb portfolio across SPI, QSPI and Octal-DDR interfaces that runs up to 3.2 Gbps at 200 MHz. On-die self-refresh eliminates external controllers, cuts standby current to 5 µA and keeps active draw below 5 mA, while 2 mm×3 mm USON-8 (and larger QFN/BGA) packages and single 1.8–3.3 V supply cover –40 °C to +105 °C, meeting AEC-Q100 Grade 2 for automotive use.
