CSS25716SB is a 256 Mbit (32 M×8) Ultra-High-Bandwidth pseudo-SRAM (UHB pSRAM) from CSS. Operating from a single 1.8 V supply and housed in a BGA-24 package, it combines the simple interface of SRAM with DRAM-like density and the low-power advantage of pSRAM, delivering high-bandwidth, low-latency data paths. Targeted at smart wearables, edge AI, portable smart terminals, and other low-power embedded systems demanding real-time performance, compact size, and minimal energy consumption, it provides stable and reliable memory support.
