CSS12808SQ-L is a 128 Mbit (16 Mbit × 8) Octal SPI (OPI) pSRAM in a compact QFN-16 package. Operating at 1.8 V and delivering peak bandwidths up to 3.2 Gbps, it is tailored for power-sensitive applications such as smart wearables and edge AI. Key features include a 144 MHz clock and 512-byte page size for 15 ms low-latency access, an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C with 50 G vibration tolerance, on-chip ECC that pushes the bit-error rate below 10⁻¹², an ultra-low 1.8 µA standby current, and PASR technology that reduces sleep-mode current to just 0.8 µA—greatly extending battery life.
CascadeTeq, headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, is a semiconductor company focused on LPC pSRAM and is strategically partnered with PSMC. The company is certified to ISO 9001 and AEC-Q100. Its SPI/QSPI/Octal-DDR portfolio spans 16–256 Mb and delivers up to 3.2 Gbps at 200 MHz over a minimal 4- to 8-pin interface. On-die self-refresh eliminates external DRAM controllers, while power consumption is only 5 µA standby and <5 mA active; packages start at 2 mm × 3 mm USON/QFN. Key part numbers CSS1604, 6404, and 12808 are already in mass production for smart cameras, industrial gateways, wearables, e-bike dashboards, and in-vehicle voice modules. In mainland China, CascadeTeq is professionally represented by Shenzhen Mandu Technology, which provides selection consultation, technical support, and sample services to shorten customers’ development cycles.
