CSS6408LB-LJ is a 64 Mbit (8 M×8) OPI pSRAM of automotive grade launched by CascadeTeq. It is powered by a single 3.3 V power supply, comes in a BGA-24 (4 mm×4 mm) package, and has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 1 certification (-40 °C ~ +125 °C). The chip supports a 133 MHz DDR Octal-SPI interface, with a burst read bandwidth of up to 266 MB/s. It features built-in self-refresh logic, with a standby current of only 100 µA and a dynamic power consumption of ≤14 mA. Combining large capacity, high bandwidth, low power consumption and automotive-grade reliability, it can directly replace imported models such as those from ISSI and AP Memory, and is widely used in high-end cache scenarios including in-vehicle infotainment, smart cockpits, ADAS edge computing and industrial control.

Founded in 2009 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, CascadeTeq is the global leader in low-pin-count standard pSRAM (LPC pSRAM).
