CSS12808SB-LJ is a 128 Mbit (16 Mbit × 8) Octal SPI (OPI) pSRAM in a BGA-24 package that operates from 1.8 V and delivers peak bandwidths up to 3.2 Gbps—ideal for low-power applications such as smart wearables and edge AI. With a 144 MHz clock and 512-byte page size, it achieves data-access latency as low as 15 ms. Qualified from –40 °C to +85 °C and tested to 50 G vibration, the device integrates on-chip ECC for an error rate below 10⁻¹².
