CSS6408LQ-LJ is CascadeTeq’s 64 Mbit (8 M × 8) automotive-grade OPI pSRAM, powered from a single 3.3 V supply and delivered in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN-16 package. The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (–40 °C to +125 °C). It supports a 200 MHz Octal-SPI interface, enabling burst-read bandwidths up to 400 MB/s. Integrated self-refresh logic eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is only ~250 µA, Half-sleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power remains ≤14 mA. Combining high speed, low power, compact size, and automotive-grade reliability, the CSS6408LQ-LJ is already in volume production for high-bandwidth, low-latency cache applications such as in-vehicle infotainment, smart cockpits, ADAS edge computing, and industrial gateways, and can seamlessly replace imported devices from ISSI, AP Memory, and others.
