CSS6408LQ-L

CSS6408LQ-L is a 64 Mbit (8 M × 8) OPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq, supplied from a single 3.3 V rail and housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN-16 package. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The device supports a 200 MHz Octal-SPI (8 I/O) interface, delivering burst-read bandwidths up to 400 MB/s. On-chip self-refresh logic eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is only ~250 µA, Half-sleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active current remains ≤14 mA. With its compact footprint, high bandwidth, low power, and industrial-grade reliability, the CSS6408LQ-L is ideal for high-density cache applications in automotive infotainment, AIoT gateways, industrial control, and wearable devices, and can directly replace imported devices from ISSI, AP Memory, and others.
