CSS6408SO-LI is a 64 Mbit (8 M×8) OPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq. Operating from a single 1.8 V supply, it is housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN-16 package and rated for the industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The device supports a 200 MHz Octal-SPI bus and delivers burst-read bandwidth up to 400 MB/s. Integrated self-refresh logic eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is typically 250 µA, while active power remains ≤7 mA. Its combination of ultra-small footprint, high speed, and low power makes the CSS6408SO-LI ideal for high-density buffer applications in automotive cockpits, AIoT gateways, industrial control systems, and wearables, and it can serve as a drop-in replacement for equivalent devices from ISSI, AP Memory, and other suppliers.

CascadeTeq, headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, is a semiconductor company focused on LPC pSRAM and is strategically partnered with PSMC. The company is certified to ISO 9001 and AEC-Q100. Its SPI/QSPI/Octal-DDR portfolio spans 16–256 Mb and delivers up to 3.2 Gbps at 200 MHz over a minimal 4- to 8-pin interface.
