CSS6408SQ-LJ is a 64 Mbit (8 M × 8) automotive-grade OPI pSRAM from CascadeTeq. It operates from a single 1.8 V supply and is packaged in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN-16 that is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for –40 °C to +125 °C operation. The device supports a 200 MHz Octal-SPI interface, delivering burst-read bandwidth up to 400 MB/s. On-chip self-refresh logic eliminates the need for an external DRAM controller; standby current is typically 250 µA, Halfsleep mode drops to 100 µA, and active power remains ≤7 mA. Its combination of ultra-small footprint, high bandwidth, low power, and automotive reliability makes the CSS6408SQ-LJ ideal for high-speed cache applications such as in-vehicle cockpit domain controllers, ADAS edge computing, industrial gateways, and AIoT endpoints, and it can serve as a direct drop-in replacement for equivalent devices from ISSI, AP Memory, and other suppliers.

CascadeTeq pSRAM is a pseudo-static RAM family purpose-built for “high-speed cache + tiny footprint + ultra-low power” scenarios. Fabricated on a 25 nm DRAM process, it replaces the traditional DRAM controller with on-die self-refresh and presents a simple SPI/QSPI/Octal-DDR interface, allowing an MCU to achieve burst bandwidths of 480 Mbps to 3.2 Gbps over only 4–8 pins. Densities span 16 Mb to 256 Mb, packages shrink to 2 mm × 3 mm USON-8, and the devices operate from –40 °C to +105 °C with full AEC-Q100 qualification for automotive or harsh outdoor applications. In mainland China, CascadeTeq is professionally represented by Shenzhen Mandu Technology, which provides device selection guidance, technical support, and rapid sample service to shorten customer development cycles.
