FM24N64AA1-TS-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in TSSOP8 and supports an operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
