FM24N64AA1-TS-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in TSSOP8 and supports an operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It features low power consumption and high reliability, supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz, has a write-erase lifespan of up to 1 million times, and a data retention time of up to 40 years. In addition, this chip has a built-in 128-bit unique ID and a 32-byte security area, and supports the hardware write protection function to ensure data security.
