FM24C64D-TS-T-G

FM24C64D-TS-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in TSSOP8. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The chip features hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 32-byte secure zone, and supports up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years.
