FM24LN64I3-CSP-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in WLCSP4. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The chip offers an endurance of up to 4 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 100 years. Designed for low power consumption, it features a typical standby current of less than 1μA and a read/write current of no more than 0.8mA. It also supports various operation modes, including byte write, page write, and sequential read. Additionally, it is compatible with I²C clock frequencies of 400kHz and 1MHz, and supports bus configurations with up to 8 devices. With its high reliability, low power consumption, and flexible operation modes, the FM24LN64I3-CSP-T-G is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, the Internet of Things, and automotive electronics, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for low power consumption and high reliability.
