FM24C64DA1-DN-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in TDFN8, and supports an operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. It supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz, has the characteristics of low power consumption and high reliability. Its write-erase lifespan is as high as 1 million times, and the data retention time can be as long as 40 years. This chip has a built-in 128-bit unique ID and a 32-byte security area, and supports the hardware write protection function to ensure data security.
