FM25640A1-SO-T-G is a 64Kb (8K×8) SPI interface serial EEPROM memory, packaged in SOP8. It supports 32-byte page write and byte write operations, with a working voltage range of 1.8V-5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The product features a 128-bit unique identifier (UID) and a 32-byte secure sector, and supports hardware and software data protection. It has a maximum write cycle of 5ms, a data retention time of up to 40 years, and an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles. With its low power consumption, high reliability, and wide voltage range, the FM25640A1-SO-T-G is suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications, especially those with high demands for low power consumption and low voltage operation.
