FM24N64AA1-SO-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in SOP8 and supports an operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It has the characteristics of low power consumption and high reliability, supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz, has a write-erase lifespan of up to 1 million times, and can retain data for up to 40 years.
