FM24N64AI3-DN-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in TDFN8 and supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This chip supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz, and it has functions such as hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 128-byte security area. The write-erase lifespan is as high as 4 million times, and the data retention time can be as long as 200 years. With its characteristics of high reliability, low power consumption, and small package, the FM24N64AI3-DN-T-G is widely used in fields such as consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, the Internet of Things, and automotive electronics, and it is especially suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for low power consumption and high reliability.
