FM24N64AI3-DN-T-G

FM24N64AI3-DN-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in TDFN8 and supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This chip supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz, and it has functions such as hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 128-byte security area. The write-erase lifespan is as high as 4 million times, and the data retention time can be as long as 200 years.
