FM24C64D-PD-T-G

FM24C64D-PD-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) dual-line serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in PDIP8. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The chip offers an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years. It supports 32-byte page write mode, hardware write protection, and a 32-byte secure zone. Additionally, it features a built-in 128-bit unique ID and supports cascading functionality.
