FM24C64D-PD-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) dual-line serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in PDIP8. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The chip offers an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years. It supports 32-byte page write mode, hardware write protection, and a 32-byte secure zone. Additionally, it features a built-in 128-bit unique ID and supports cascading functionality. With its high reliability and low power consumption, the FM24C64D-PD-T-G is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, automotive electronics, and the Internet of Things, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for low power consumption and fast read/write capabilities.
