FM24C64D-SO-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin SOP. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, and features high reliability and low power consumption. The chip includes hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 32-byte secure zone, and supports up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years. With its fast read/write capabilities and various packaging options, the FM24C64D-SO-T-G is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, and the Internet of Things, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for low power consumption and high reliability.
