FM24N64AI3-SO-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics, and it is packaged in SOP8. This chip supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and it features low power consumption, high reliability, and fast data transmission. It supports an I²C interface with a maximum speed of 1MHz, and it has functions such as hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 32-byte security area. The write-erase lifespan is as high as 4 million times, and the data retention time can be as long as 100 years.
