FM24C64S-CTE-T-G is a 64Kb (8192 bytes) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in WLCSP4. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The chip offers an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years. It supports 32-byte page write functionality and features high reliability and low power consumption. It is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, automotive electronics, and the Internet of Things, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for low power consumption and fast read/write capabilities.
