FM24N64AI3-CSP-T-G is a 64Kbit (8192 bytes) serial EEPROM memory with an I²C interface launched by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in an ultra-small WLCSP package and supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has functions such as hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique ID, and a 128-byte security area. The write-erase lifespan is as high as 4 million times, and the data retention time can be as long as 200 years. This chip supports an I²C communication frequency of up to 1MHz. With both low power consumption and high reliability, it is especially suitable for fields such as consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, the Internet of Things, and automotive electronics where space is limited.
