FM24N128AA1-SO-T-G is a 128Kbit (16K x 8) serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin SOP format. It provides a 128-bit unique ID and a 64-byte security sector, enhancing data security and identification capabilities. The chip operates within a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, supports a maximum clock frequency of 1MHz, and offers an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention period of over 40 years. With a typical operating current of 0.5mA and a standby current of only 10µA, it is suitable for applications with high power consumption requirements.
