FM24N128I3-CTE-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in a 4-pin WLCSP format, designed for industrial-grade applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 1MHz, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The chip features low power consumption, with a data retention period of up to 40 years and an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles. It also supports a 128-bit unique identifier (UID) and a 128-byte security sector, enhancing data security and device identification capabilities.
