FM25N128AI3-SO-T-G is a 128Mbit SPI interface serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in an SOP8 format, with a working voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 100MHz. The chip features high reliability and low power consumption, with a data retention period of up to 20 years and an endurance of 100,000 write/erase cycles. It also supports hardware write protection, a 32-byte security sector, and a 128-bit unique identifier (UID), making it suitable for industrial-grade applications with a working temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial automation, communication equipment, and automotive electronics.
