FM25N128AI3-TS-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) SPI interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP format, designed for industrial-grade applications. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum operating frequency of 20MHz, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The chip offers high reliability, with a data retention period of up to 20 years and an endurance of up to 100,000 write/erase cycles. It also supports a 128-bit unique identifier (UID) and a 128-byte security sector. It is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial automation, communication equipment, and automotive electronics, meeting the demands for high-performance and high-reliability memory in various complex application scenarios.
