FM24C128D-TS-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP format, designed for industrial-grade applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 400kHz at 1.6V and 1MHz at 2.5V to 5.5V. The chip features low power consumption, with a typical operating current of 0.5mA and a standby current of 10µA. It provides a 64-byte page write function, hardware write protection, a 128-bit unique identifier (UID), and a 64-byte security sector, and supports configurable device addressing (CDA). The data retention period is up to 40 years, and the endurance is up to 1 million write/erase cycles. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial automation, communication equipment, and automotive electronics, particularly suitable for scenarios with high demands for low power consumption, high reliability, and data security.
